An investment that will provide an unprecedented opportunity for reconstruction in the country. 
    And she continued, "The current budget at a value of 153 billion US dollars will witness an operating spending rate of 101 billion dollars, while the share of investment will be only 37 billion dollars," stressing that the budget will be exposed to a large deficit rate with which the government will fail to provide salaries in the event that the price of a barrel of oil falls below seventy dollars. . 
    Concern about the drop in dollar prices, indicated by the network, is that it is faced by critics by emphasizing the existence of a protection network provided by Iraq’s gold reserves, which reached 132 tons, as Iraq occupies the thirtieth place in the world with the most gold in the world, according to the statements of the Central Bank of Iraq, which also indicated To the fact that it is necessary to protect the economy from the effects of dollar inflation and exchange rate fluctuations, despite its official adoption so far as an alternative to oil prices. 
    It is noteworthy that the Iraqi parliament has been voting for four days separately on the paragraphs of the general budget for the current year and the next two years until 2025, as the network confirmed that the budget has become "necessary" to secure Iraq's access to food, in addition to providing the requirements for the reconstruction of vital infrastructure, according to its description.
