    Shafaq News/ The Federal Integrity Commission announced, on Thursday, the issuance of a recruitment order against a current director general in the Federal Bureau of Financial Supervision. accused of tampering with papers and initials to obtain the status of "martyrs' families"; in order to extend his career service.
    The Commission's Investigations Department, speaking about the case that the Commission investigated and referred to the judiciary, stated that the second Karkh Investigation Court, which is competent to look into cases of integrity, issued a summons order against the Director General of the Fifth Audit Department located in Anbar, indicating that the summons order came on the background of an accusation Manipulating priorities to obtain privileges for the families of victims of terrorism.



    And the circuit added that the accused committed several violations, including: tampering with papers related to the death of his sister; to be counted as a martyr; To obtain the privileges of the families of the martyrs, noting that he had submitted applications; To extend his service before being referred to retirement under the pretext that he is one of the martyrs' families.

    And she added that the Commission’s Investigation Directorate in Baghdad, upon receiving information about the violations committed, formed a team and rushed to Anbar Governorate, reviewed the file of the deceased accused’s sister, attached a copy of it, and presented the file before the courts. who issued the recruitment order against him.
    She added that the second Karkh Investigation Court issued the recruitment order; Based on the provisions of Article (243) of the Penal Code, after reviewing the investigations of the Commission’s Investigation Directorate in Baghdad and the investigative papers, and the statements of the legal representative of the Martyrs Foundation who requested the complaint against him.
