    Information/Baghdad..
A member of the legal movement, Ahmed Shahid Al-Shammari, confirmed, on Thursday, the existence of a lawsuit against the former Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, on charges of assassinating the martyred leaders of victory, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis and Qassem Soleimani, indicating that the approval of the investigations of the Abu Ragheef Committee is evidence of the previous government's involvement in corruption.
Al-Shammari said, in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, that "most of the detainees by the Diwani Order Committee 29 had their confessions extracted under duress by a direct order from former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi."
He added, "There is a lawsuit filed against Al-Kazemi, Major General Diaa Al-Musawi and Ahmed Abu Ragheef on charges of corruption and involvement in the assassination of the leaders of Al-Nasr."
He pointed out that "there are many files before the judiciary, including violations of the Abu Ragheef Committee, the file of oil smuggling, and others."
Independent MP Mustafa Sanad had confirmed in a statement to Al-Maalouma that there are international, local and judicial reports condemning the "Abu Ragheef" committee for crimes against humanity, noting that Abu Ragheef assaulted the judiciary, which is a major crime. Ended / 25h
