The International Spark Organization holds its conference in Iraq

The international organization "Spark" held a conference on "Developing Business Paths" in Baghdad, in the presence of a number of state sectors represented by the Ministries of Higher Education, Industry and Trade, the Central Bank and private banks. The conference aims to change work policies and create a suitable business environment for youth in Iraq.
The regional director of the “Spark” organization, Firas Deeb, stated in an interview with “Al-Sabah” that “the organization organized a business path development conference to bring together all stakeholders from Iraqi companies, banks and universities, and its aim is to create a suitable business environment for young people in order to work on changing work policies in order to We support business sectors in Iraq.
He explained, "The themes in the conference are different, and their aim is to link the different sectors so that we can bridge the gap in the labor market as much as possible and we can reach results that serve the business sector in Iraq."
He pointed out that "among the organization's projects is the implementation of the (Bologna Process) system in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, and the ministry has issued a decree approving the system," considering that "it is a great achievement and it includes a change in all educational curricula for all Iraqi universities in order to suit the labor market, and this will enter Iraq." In the group of countries of the (Bologna Process) system, which is an international group that facilitates the student's transition between Iraqi universities and international universities.

She pointed out that "the project is very important for the university, graduates and students, in order to link the labor market and the subjects that are taught in universities, which provides job opportunities inside Iraq." But when the link is made through the (Bologna Process) system, the universities will provide all the expertise that young people need in order to do this work instead of foreign labor." The Bologna Process is a unified European educational system based on the "European Higher Education Area" statement in 1999 and signed by 29 countries in the Italian city of Bologna. It balances the needs of the labor market and the university educational system, and it provides flexible options for students to move within specializations.
