The food basket enriches the Iraqis for its items in the local markets

The Iraqis are now reassured of their monthly strength, which is provided by the food basket, after it is distributed on a regular basis every month.
The basket includes basic foodstuffs that every Iraqi family needs, including flour, oil, sugar, rice, legumes and tomato paste.
There is no worry after today as long as this basket continues and meets the needs of citizens and is satisfied with it, in addition to the fact that it has reduced the prices of these materials in the local markets.
The Ministry of Commerce is preparing to distribute the sixth meal from the food basket, especially since Iraq has achieved self-sufficiency in local wheat after an abundant harvest for the current season, which amounted to more than 4 million tons.
