The Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, yesterday, Tuesday, began preparing detailed basic designs for a number of new residential cities.
A statement by the ministry, on the occasion of World Population Day, stated that "the population constitutes the main pillar of local, regional and global development plans and strategies, to ensure a better life for people, so the government adopted in its platform the (housing and development) axis that is based on a housing policy that keeps pace with the large services associated with population demographic shifts and growth rates.
