    [size=45]The Ministry of Interior of the Kurdistan Regional Government announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Britain on combating organized crime.[/size]
    [size=45]The ministry said in a statement, "Interior Minister Reber Ahmed signed the memorandum with the British Secretary of State for Security Affairs on cooperation and joint coordination in combating organized crime."[/size]
    [size=45]The statement added, "This memorandum is part of the important relationship between the Kurdistan Region and Britain for joint action to combat organized crime that crosses borders and poses a danger to citizens."[/size]
    [size=45]"The memorandum lays down a clear roadmap for joint action and improving the safety, security and well-being of the citizens of both sides, while adhering to human rights and international standards," he added.[/size]
