    The CEOWORLD Healthcare Index is a statistical analysis of the overall quality of the healthcare system, including healthcare infrastructure; Competencies of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses and other health workers); Cost (US$ per person); Availability of quality medicines and government readiness. It also takes into account other factors including environmental factors, access to clean water and sanitation, and the government's willingness to sanction risks such as tobacco use and obesity.
