"
 
He added Abadi that "what we are working on reforms in order that the country is well on track, and build a state of institutions," stressing that "dark forces do not want Iraq to stand up and let us unite and close ranks in order to secure Iraq free from terrorism and sumptuously sons rewards."
 
He pledged Abadi, the Iraqi people "to do everything in our power to be the next period bright and witnessing and a quantum leap in the areas of security and services, the economy and other sectors," on condition that "the cooperation of the political blocs to implement what is planned by us and what we announced in our government."
 
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi called, first on Thursday, political leaders down to the street to stimulate citizens and security forces to fight (Daash), warning of "psychological warfare and media" launched by "terrorists" in order to "undermine the victories achieved inspire the spirit of despair" among citizens.
