Tomorrow, Monday, Baghdad will host, for the first time, the 39th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice with the participation of 21 countries.
Ministry of Justice spokesman Kamel Amin Hashem told “Al-Sabah”: The opening speech at the meeting will be given by the head of the previous 38th session, Moroccan Minister of Justice Abdel Latif Wehbe, and then the president of the conference, Minister of Justice Khaled Shawani, will take over the duties, and then there will be a speech by the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Who heads the Executive Office at its 72nd session, and whose meeting will be held today, Sunday, in the presence of eight countries, in addition to the participation of Iraq, as the agenda for the meeting and all the papers that will be presented will be approved. Amin explained that the meeting will witness the presentation of important topics, including the discussion of guiding Arab laws, in addition to We are moving towards joining Arab agreements, memorandums and protocols related to Arab law, judiciary and judicial work in general. Side meetings will also be held outside the work of the meeting with various political parties to support the country in various aspects, whether economic, investment or others.
