    The Ministry of Planning pledged, on Tuesday, to complete the internal regulations of the Private Sector Development Council within two months, which is the first meeting of the general body of the council in its permanent capacity.
    The spokesman for the Ministry of Planning, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said in a statement reported by the official news agency, and seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that “the Ministry of Planning held the first meeting of the General Authority of the Private Sector Development Council in its permanent capacity, which was attended by the Minister of Planning, Muhammad Ali Tamim, and a large number of event representatives.” Economic, and there were 13 parties present with their representatives at this meeting, and after the administrative body of the council is elected, there will be a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.”
    Al-Hindawi added, “During the coming period, the internal regulations will be drawn up with all its details regarding the work of the council, which will launch strongly, benefiting from the great support that the government provides to the private sector, in light of the high-level interest by the government to provide opportunities for the private sector and achieve true partnership, and this council represents "An advanced step towards partnership with the private sector to gradually transform into leadership and leadership for development in Iraq."
    He continued, "The number of members of the General Assembly of the Council reaches about 200, and the members of the Administrative Body will be elected from among the members of the General Assembly, as we are talking about a number that is accurately and truly representative of all economic activities. Therefore, within two months, the internal regulations will be completed, and the work of the Council will begin in its capacity." "Permanent."
