[size=45]The Integrity Commission announced that a summons order had been issued against the director of the Muthanna Investment Authority, after he deliberately committed something that violated his job duties.[/size]
[size=45]The Government Information and Communications Office in a statement:[/size]
[size=45]The judge of the Muthanna Investigation Court, which is competent to look into integrity cases, issued an order to bring in the complainant, the director of the Muthanna Investment Authority. Because he agreed to an Arab company waive its investment license and sell it to another person, in violation of the amended Investment Authority Law No. (13 of 2006).[/size]
[size=45]The aforementioned law stipulates that it is not permissible to sell the investment license or give up that opportunity except after obtaining official approvals, stipulating that the completion rate of the investment project be (40%), which was not achieved in this investment license, noting that the recruitment order was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article (331).
