    [rtl]The Fallujah Municipality announced today, Monday, the achievement of advanced completion rates in the project to rehabilitate and cover the Jbeil neighborhood in the center of Fallujah.[/rtl]
    The resident engineer of the project, Ghassan Muhammad, said, “The municipality of Fallujah has achieved advanced completion rates in the project to rehabilitate and cover the Jbeil neighborhood,” noting that “the project comes within the framework of ongoing reconstruction and urban development campaigns for most of the neighborhoods and areas of Fallujah in Anbar.”
    He added, "The project is considered one of the service effort projects and is under the direct supervision of the engineering and technical personnel of the Fallujah Municipality Directorate," noting that "a completion rate exceeded 90% of the cladding work in the neighborhood, which reached its final stages and was implemented in the form of two layers."
    He continued, "The works included the completion of most of the infrastructure, which includes establishing a network of potable water pipes, in addition to the sewage and rainwater networks, extending the communications network, and replacing damaged electricity poles."
    He stressed that "the Jbeil neighborhood rehabilitation project is one of the vital and strategic projects for the ongoing reconstruction and urban development campaigns in most of the neighborhoods and areas of Fallujah," noting that "the work is ongoing and taking place at a high pace and in its final stages after completing the cladding of most of the neighborhood's side streets and removing all encroachments based on the design."
