Real estate expert: establishment of a Higher Council for Housing will contribute to solving the housing crisis in the country

Baghdad (news) .. According to real estate expert Haidar al-Shammari, that the idea of establishing a higher council for Housing in the Council of Ministers will solve the housing crisis in the country, calling for an end to the obstacles that prevent the completion of the investment projects for building residential complexes.
Al-Shammari said (of the Agency news): The housing crisis has become the big crises in the country and increase the danger of consecutive years as a result of the lack of strategic plans and large housing projects in the country.
He added: that the initiative of the Council of Ministers to establish a higher council specializes in the diagnosis of the obstacles that stand in the way of implementation of housing projects will help solve the housing crisis, the requirement to allocate sufficient funds to complete residential investment projects in the country.
The Minister of Planning Ali Shukri for the formation of the top of the housing consisting of ten ministers concerned to establish residential complexes across the country and work to end all obstacles that hinder investors when they come for the establishment of residential units, indicating that the new council will be headed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
It is noted that Iraq is suffering a housing crisis years ago and waited and could not be residential projects for a few customizations, because the allocation of significant funds from the budget for the security sector, over the past years, as well as problematic legal and administrative regarding ownership of land, which is supposed investment in the housing sector. / End / 8.
