Tariq Kikhany Asked Chairman of the Economic Committee in the province of Karbala Tariq Kikhany central bank to speed up issuing licenses banking offices to curb counterfeiting.
He Kikhany in his speech for PUKmedia day Saturday, 16/3/2013, "the Economic Committee in Karbala demanding the central bank to issue permits banking offices to curb counterfeiting and money laundering in the province, revealed the existence of several attempts to enter the counterfeit currency to Iraqi provinces including Karbala, being witnessing the influx of large numbers of Arab and foreign tourists, pointing out that the project give Vacations has stopped for unknown reasons, where he was the project serves the province and its people and reduces fraud and money laundering.
The money laundering is a major economic corruption, because it is linked to construction and trade deals serious and commercial agencies for major global companies multinational and hard currency smuggling and counterfeiting of the national currency and brokerage.
