    [ltr] The federal government is taking proactive steps to address the economic crisis resulting from the deterioration in world oil prices over the government formed five committees to review and evaluate all non-oil revenues estimated with 14 trillion dinars in the 2016 budget.
     The move comes in order to avoid the sharp decline of oil prices continued since the end of 2014, and confirms that the House of Representatives estimate non-oil revenues multiplied by 3 times since 2013, but they do not reckon to get such amounts so.  The mobile phone companies revenues biggest non-oil resource in Iraq. 
    In the meantime, Congress expresses its appreciation for fear of oil exports in the next draft budget, and talk about exaggerated estimates, particularly in the Iraqi government to deal with foreign oil companies to cut production. 
    The Ministry of Finance has announced that it has completed the 2016 budget and sent to the Cabinet for approval and submission to the House of Representatives for approval.
