Twilight News / The Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Torhan Mufti, Sunday, for the preparation of a special mechanism to start implementing reconstruction projects Turkmen regions after approval of the House of Representatives to allocate about 300 billion dinars for this purpose.
The mufti's "Twilight News", "finished preparing a special mechanism for the implementation of the reconstruction of infrastructure projects, which amount to about 200 projects in various fields."
He explained that "the projects will be implemented after the completion of the reallocation of the amount of money allocated for the reconstruction of Turkmen regions of the relevant ministry and the procedure need to be approved by the Ministry of Planning."
The committee was formed reconstruction Turkmen regions headed by Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Torhan Mufti and the members of the Finance Ministry and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Committee of Construction and services sector by the decision of the Council of Ministers in its meeting held on 11/27/2012.
