    The Council of Representatives, on Wednesday, led by its 42-Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 195 deputies, with parliamentary source that the meeting will discuss the Turkish intervention in Iraq and vote on the bill. 

    The source said in an interview to the Sumerian News, "The House of Representatives held today, chaired by its 42 Saleem al-Jubouri and the presence of 195 deputies," noting that "the meeting will vote on the first draft amendment to the Law forensic medicine law."
     
     
     
    The source, who asked not to be named, said that "the meeting will discuss the issue of Turkish intervention in northern Iraq and the statements of the Foreign Relations Committee and the Committee on Security and Defense in this regard, as well as the report of the Finance Committee about the stages of completion of the draft 2016 budget law", adding that "the agenda the meeting also includes a discussion of the first draft amendment to the law on personal liability insurance for staff of government departments and public sector No. (47) for the year 1990 ". 

    "The parliament will also discuss the draft law amending the Criminal Procedure Law No. (23) for the year 197, and the draft Code of Military Criminal Procedure Bill, the Iraqi national intelligence service law, in addition to the work of the Committee of the Regions and governorates not organized plan in the region." 

    The presidency of the parliament decided on Tuesday (December 8, 2015), the postponement of the parliamentary session was held to 42 on Wednesday, while the reason for this is attributed to the lack of a quorum has been completed.
