in the framework of unremitting endeavors to support the Iraqi inventors they slide that will bear the construction of the country, kicks off on Thursday next Iraqis inventors forum, at a time when the Ministry of Planning is considering five patents presented as projects to security concerns.

Director of the Industrial Property Department of the Central Bureau for Standardization and Quality Control of the ministry and Sam Saeed said in a statement »Sabah»: that his ministry and within the efforts of several government agencies to support the Iraqi inventors slice they slide that will top the ranks of the builders of the new Iraq, kicks off next Thursday's Forum Iraqis inventors in the Central Bureau Headquarters standardization and control.

Carter said the announcement of the Forum will be at a press conference in the presence of a number of Iraqi inventors with officials in the state, adding that the Forum will provide full support for the slide in question, as well as it will provide them with a suitable environment for investment patents either in the public or private sector while articulating the arrival of the number of Iraqi inventors in all provinces in the country, to more than 1000.

The Ministry of Planning was reported earlier last year, that the patents belonging to Iraqi scientists would constitute a major industrial revolution if exploited by government agencies and the private sector properly include all industrial fields, Mvsahh at the same time the lack of stakeholders are sponsored by the inventors through the adoption of patents and tapped on the ground.

Said pointed out that his department has issued 312 patents over the past year to inventors Iraqis and foreigners, noting that the number of Iraqi patents totaled 196 patent, while the number of foreign ones, 116, pointing out that the patents are distributed between the various disciplines, physical, chemical, biological and engineering and construction.

He said the Director of the Industrial Property Department in the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control that his ministry is at the moment study of five projects for the patented security in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence, stressing that his ministry is the only party in the country concerned to issue a patent by the Industrial Property Department of the Central Bureau certificate standardization and quality control.

It is said that the Section is studying the Innocence Project extensively and then gives the certificate if available the required conditions, the section is associated with the World Intellectual Property Organization and works according to the patent Industrial Designs Act No. 65 of 1970 as amended and the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, signed by Iraq in 1976.

The new director of the Industrial Property Department in the ministry invited to state ministries and government institutions in addition to the the private sector need to invest these patents and benefit from the support of scientists and innovators, stressing that if the investment of these patents, it will contribute significantly to the development and progress of the industrial sector.

The Ministry of Planning sent between the duration and other official letters to government agencies for the purpose of patent investment in order to support innovators and benefit from their experiences.
