    Urged the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, restructuring of a number of subsidiaries for the purpose of maximizing its resources.
    According to a ministry statement, received by the agency of our economy News, a copy of the "Undersecretary Dara Hassan Rashid Yara held a meeting in his office for companies implementing Ministry for road and bridge projects (Assyria, Hammurabi, Mutassim) and Ernst Young contracting consulting with the ministry in the presence of the general managers of the three companies and CEO Ernst Young and some specialists. " 
    He explained that "during the meeting was the presentation of other measures taken by the ministry on the structure of its subject matter and discuss how to direct the consulting firm for the third phase of the restructuring of the three companies and the ministry in order to rehabilitate and expand its resources." 
    "We also discussed the consultancy firm incurred dues to the ministry, the fact that the company started work the new phase of the contract with them, as well as stand on the most important obstacles and problems faced by converting the three ministry companies to companies profitable and productive, especially under the financial envelope difficult economic situation, which is going through its country operation in this time". 
    The participants confirmed the statement said "the need to continue to hold meetings in the future in order to ensure the success of this process and convert the ministry companies to profitable companies, as well as expand its financial resources to enable them to continue in the completion of projects assigned to it."
