Baghdad (newsletter). Counting economic and Investment Committee member MP/Kurdistan blocs Coalition Jassim Mohammed Hussein, the decision of the Council of Ministers the adoption of productive provinces petrodollars – being free allocations of oil petroleum exporting quantities b ' positive ' because it would preserve the State's fiscal revenue.
He said Hussein (News Agency): the new mechanism of petrodollars – being free is a sound project and positive for the State, although it will affect some oil-producing provinces in terms of reducing financial, the POPs cannot be determined on the basis of petrodollars – being free product but on quantities exported oil.
He added: that Iraq produced more than 3 million barrels per day while exports over (2.6) million barrels, so not all the oil produced is exported to abroad, calling for the inclusion of non-oil-producing provinces to draft petrodollars – being free to all Iraqi provinces to restore their infrastructure and promote their projects.
The Cabinet decided at its regular adoption of petrodollars – being free to customizations of the oil-producing provinces on quantities exported oil instead of petroleum quantities produced/finished/8 l. Eng.
