He said that "the Ministry of Planning in the Kurdistan region occurred in the 10/03/2013 agreement with the World Bank, the relations between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the World Bank has turned into a new phase, and that the World Bank began providing technical assistance directly."
"The beginning of this phase was the implementation of the four projects, the first part of the social protection strategy, and the second renewal of the Implementing Regulations of public contracts, and the third determining economic development, and the fourth is the introduction of the Shura Council."
