Specialists: claim Erbil to Baghdad to pay the billion dollars a month needs to be revised budget

He said al-Moussawi told / KD / he can not the federal government to agree to this condition because it is contrary to the law and the need to amend the draft federal budget law, moreover that incite other provinces on the government as it was horrible and did not receive the full dues.
He noted that the provincial government did not abide by all oil agreements signed with the federal government in spite of the development of the penalty clauses in the contracts.
For its part, the parliamentary finance committee warned that approval of the invitation of the Kurdistan region, regardless billion dollars a month in light of the financial crisis that the country is currently experiencing, asserting that it is an explicit violation of the law.
He said committee member MP Magda Tamimi told / KD / can not accept the invitation of the Kurdistan region of the federal government to hand over his share of oil exports in exchange for a billion dollars a month, saying it needs to be revised federal budget law and the agreement the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil.
She pointed out that the Kurdistan region is dealing with Iraq like an independent state and not within the province of the state, calling on the provincial government to respect the laws and agreements and the lack of invitations to things sour bilateral relations between Baghdad and Erbil.
The Kurdistan Regional Government, confirmed earlier, that the region is ready to conclude an agreement with the central government in Baghdad on increasing oil exports if guaranteed them a monthly income of one billion dollars.
