A statement of the Integrity Commission, the agency {Euphrates News}, a copy of it, for its investigations department has received, saying that " the court issued a default judgment in the first case against a convicted fugitive {h .h.m} , who was working as a guard reformer in the Iraqi Corrections Service, serving jailed for six years, based on the provisions of Article 316 / the first part of the Iraqi Penal Code. "
