" 
    He said al - Rubaie , said " the streets open campaign accompanied by the municipality and the lighting and cleaning campaign will continue for the coming days , " and alluding to "raise the hours of street closure from six o'clock to ten o'clock at night and to begin identifying five streets from the right and five left sub alleys lifting concrete and put forklift barriers at the entrance of one. " 
    As for the new entrances Karrada and checkpoints within the region, it has the security committee member ,he said "entrances were set to open a new outlet for the area is the entrance to the (bathroom) in thebathroom Street." 
    Rubaie noted that "within the next month will turn ten entrances plan soon to thirty input," As for the site of the bombing and compensate the parents explained that " the Baghdad Municipality responsible for building Alamartin and full of plans and waiting for the official books to start the reconstruction process of the two buildings."

    While the operations commander Maj . Gen. Jalil al - Rubaie, in an interview, that " the entry of the Karrada district of central Baghdad outlets, became five , " noting that "it came from in order to alleviate Zhamat." 
    Rubaie said that "most of the streets of the Karrada inside to the outside will be open, where they were theday opening from 6-8 streets and tomorrow will also open another , " he said , adding he was "allowed totravel from most of the streets from the inside out and vice versa no one can move from the outside to theinside . " . 
    Rubaie said that " the wheels enter the Karrada became until nine at night , " stressing that " the next phase will see the lifting of the time the wheels to enter fully." 
    Rubaie pointed out that "these security measures is to protect the Karrada district being a major target for Daesh , " pointing to "take precautionary measures with the deployment of elements of intelligence for theprotection of Karrada and its people." 
    The Baghdad Operations Command considered, 29 this November, to close the Karrada district of central Baghdad , the process did not come from a vacuum and are not intended for "Shell" movement, as has apologized to the people of the region for any action that may cause a "disturb", and promised measures restore "pulse life "for the region in the " near future. "
