" 
    Underscoring the patient Ali Jabbar (range), he agreed with what Nael said that "most of the patients suffering from the deteriorating health status in hospitals and deliberate neglect resulting from the failure of the staff in government hospitals of their duty towards the patient, and that most of the patients suffering from shortage acute treatment is expensive prices. " 
    Jabbar and indicates that the "hospital departments do not provide to patients even simple treatments therapy and thus it is difficult for most patients to buy medicines , " pointing out that "most of the medical staff are not working humane spirit , fit in with the ethics of the profession only after obtaining a financial bribery". 
    He continues Jabbar "do not hide that there are good and the excellent potential of the doctors , but the neglect is at the lower cadres of the new appointees and nurses , " noting that " the things that have been in a hospital in the capital , Baghdad , after a transformation from the emergency department to the underground section of the difficulty in obtaining bed , but after giving a bribe amount of five thousand dinars. "
