    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Leaders within Sadr Trend urged the head of Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, to reconsider his decision over quitting the political life.
    IraqiNews.com reporter stated “A number of prominent figures within Sadr Trend met in Najaf province on Monday and they urged Sadr to resume his political activities because Iraq is in need for him in this current stage.”
    “The leaders renewed their loyalty to Sadr and their adherence to his instructions,” the reporter concluded.
    Earlier, the Political Bureau of the Sadr Trend confirmed that the head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, quitted interfering in the political and social issues.
    A statement by the Committee received by IraqiNews.com cited “The periodical meeting of the Bureau that was headed by the head of the Secretary General of Ahrar bloc, Dhiya al-Asadi, discussed Sadr’s decision in this regard.”
    “The attendants of the meeting asked Sadr to reconsider his decision,” the statement added.
