Earth News/ A member of the State of Law coalition, Kazem Al-Haidari, said today, Friday, that the Federal Court's decision will prompt the political blocs to reconsider their previous positions.
Al-Haidari told Earth News, "The Federal Court's decision, intentionally or unintentionally, will prompt the political blocs to reconsider their previous positions."
He added that "the insistence of the Federal Court that two-thirds of parliament members who elect or vote for the elected president of the republic push these blocs towards consensus," noting that "without consensus, it is very difficult to collect the number required to vote to elect the president of the republic."
Al-Haidari continued, "The coordination framework and the Sadrist movement were basically in agreement on the meeting," noting that "the Federal Court's decision was a strong supporter of pushing these parties and consensus among them for the purpose of keeping things in line and forming the next government."
And he indicated that "it is impossible to vote without the coordinating framework because the lack of a coordinating framework with these blocs to form the next government is difficult for these parties to gather two-thirds of the wanted."

Yesterday, Thursday, the Federal Court rejected the lawsuit filed on the largest bloc, and annulled the decision to submit it in the first session.
She also answered the question of the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, regarding the session to elect the President of the Republic, and stressed that it should be held by two-thirds of the members of the Parliament.
