Tariq Harb and Ali al-Tamimi confirmed Thursday that the board of commissioners will not return to their previous jobs until after the investigation by the prime minister's commission to investigate the election fraud.
The legal expert Tariq Harb said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the Third Amendment Law required the end of the Committee of the Prime Minister in its investigations so that the commissioners return to their work," noting that "the Commission has not finished its criminal investigations, despite the completion of the fire stores Rusafa, where the criminal side of the Commission of Inquiry and the courts and investigations are still ongoing and has not yet finished, especially for the forgery as it may show a relationship to some members of the Commission to do so.
"The Federal Court has granted legitimacy to the amendment law and the judges assigned to the investigative committee of the Council of Ministers to investigate the election fraud, and therefore the Council of Commissioners will wait for a decision of the Council of Ministers upon completion of the investigation or the new parliament if he decided to cancel the Third Amendment Law."
For his part, the legal expert Ali Tamimi, "The return of the former Commission is impossible, only after the new House of Representatives vote on their return or not because the withdrawal of confidence from them was this way."
Tamimi pointed out that "the return of the Council of the Commission, subject to ratification by the Council of Ministers on the investigation and referral of the result to the House of Representatives to lift the freeze or not only as a result of the investigation." Ending / 25 n
