    On Monday, Interior Minister Abdul Amir Al-Shammari stressed the speedy implementation of arrest warrants against criminals, while directing the reorganization of security forces.
    A statement from the ministry stated, “Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir al-Shammari, chaired a security meeting to listen to the monthly briefing of all the ministry’s joints and formations, in the presence of the two undersecretaries for police and intelligence affairs and the ministry’s advanced staff, as well as the commander of Baghdad operations, its police commanders, and police commanders in the provinces via the television circuit.” 
    Al-Shammari stressed, according to the statement, “the speedy implementation of arrest warrants and not to tolerate them,” directing “the reorganization of security units in some areas.”
    He praised "the governorates in which there was a decrease in the crime rate," pointing out that "the Minister of Interior ordered that the work of police stations be evaluated, and that they assume their security role, by improving their reality." 
    Al-Shammari directed "commanders to follow up on the operations center in the governorates, in addition to activating the role of rescue and speed patrols to respond to calls."
    He also directed the General Traffic Directorate to analyze recent accidents and address the causes. 
    He stressed "the need for the leaders of Nineveh, Salah al-Din and Anbar governorates to prepare to take over the entire security file during the next year, and to work on evaluating the directors of the rescue departments and police stations during the coming period," stressing "following up on tribal conflicts, arresting everyone who uses weapons in them, and not to be complacent in this matter." never". 
    During the meeting, the Minister of Interior discussed the security measures taken to visit the anniversary of the death of the Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, in Najaf Al-Ashraf in the coming days, and to repeat the security success achieved in the fortieth visit.
