A statement from the ministry, received by the “Information” agency, stated that “Al-Shammari held a security meeting at the headquarters of the Diyala Governorate Police Command, which he arrived this morning with a number of commanders and officers.”
The Minister of the Interior confirmed, according to the statement, that “ISIS terrorist gangs are trying to destabilize security in the Omraniyah area after carrying out the treacherous incident,” stressing that “the reaction of the security forces will be harsh and unexpected against the cowardly elements who committed this act, and their fate will be either death or death within days.” Behind bars."
