    Four
    States, namely [Qatar and India and Japan and Chile] Thursday, stop

    The Japanese Transport Ministry said that "could lead to an accident."

    Qatar
    Airways, said in a statement Thursday that it "has suspended flights of
    its fleet of planes [Boeing 787 Dreamliner] which includes five until
    further notice."
