    [ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Mansour al-Timimi of the State of Law Coalition held the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussein al-Shahristani and the Minister of Electricity, Karim Aftan, responsibility for the deterioration in the electricity sector.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Timimi said “Shahristani and Aftan are responsible for the corruption happening at the Electricity Ministry since they control all the contracts the ministry concluded, thus caused major crisis in this sector where the Iraqi citizens pay the price.”[/ltr]
