accountability or questioning the minister or president is associated
with the Ministry in the case of non-implementation of 70 per cent of
the investment allocations for the ministry or his department of the
federal budget for the year 2013.

National Alliance MP Magda Abdel-Latif al-Tamimi told the reporter
Agency (news): The Committee in connection with re-paragraph
accountability or questioning the minister or head of organization is
not related to the Ministry in the case of non-implementation of 70 per
cent of the investment allocations for the ministry or his constituency
within the law the state budget for this year.
Tamimi showed: the
importance of the inclusion of this paragraph within the law of the
general budget of the state and are not intended to questioning of the
minister for the lag in winning projects and correct the situation,
noting that in the case of non-implementation of certain projects and
the Ministry, it is possible that there will be problems other than
financial allocations.
The paragraph IV of Article X of the
budget 2012 to "the House of Representatives questioned the minister or
head of organization is not related to the Ministry in the case of
non-implementation of 60% of the investment allocations for the ministry
or his circle of the federal budget," but the Board did not submit to
any procedure in this regard.
