The US foreign ministry confirms its firm position on the continuation of Iraq's support

BAGHDAD / The US parliament on Tuesday confirmed the continued support of the US administration for Iraq. "The Prime Minister, Dr. Haider al-Abadi, held a meeting with the Foreign Affairs Committee in the US House of Representatives in the Capitol," the statement said. "The meeting stressed cooperation between the two countries, the war on terror and the conduct of the battle for the liberation of Mosul, where the committee praised the victories achieved on Da'ash and the great courage of the Iraqi forces," he said.
