Learn the terms of Japan's granting of asylum to the Iraqis?

The Japanese government decided to grant permanent asylum to citizens of a number of countries around the world, including Iraq, according to the conditions.
A statement by the Japanese Foreign Ministry said that "the Japanese government has developed a number of legal requirements for the granting of permanent asylum to persons or professions of talent who can work or deal in accordance with the applicable laws in Japan."
He stressed that "the government will provide facilities for all citizens, who ask for the right to remain or turn to Japan, especially Iraqis and Syrian citizens," noting that "the possibility of obtaining Japanese citizenship permanent condition of stay and work for a period of one year without any violation of the law."
The statement noted that "the Japanese government designated asylum seekers foreigners on a number of departments, including the experience and talent and dexterity, which is characterized by an asylum seeker in one of the areas of life, or people who work in the field of investment with one of the Japanese companies, or get support from a major company to work in Japan, or who are able to invest their potential self no less than $ 100 thousand dollars. "
The previous laws do not grant asylum to foreign citizens in Japan, not ten years after the passage of his stay in this country.
