    Got me !!! It's says they r not scared !!!! Of the oil rev be down I wouldn't b either if I had all the assets Iraq is seated on , $80 billion hard cash another $80+ in assets plus third in oil plus gold ,sulfer and the most scured currency in the world !!!!
