    The Integrity Commission announced on Sunday the issuance of a judicial decision to arrest a member of the Babil Provincial Council and an order to bring the former Inspector General of the Ministry of Health, based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Iraqi Penal Code.
    A statement of the Commission received / information /, a copy of it, that "the investigative court competent to hear the integrity issues in Babylon, issued a decision to arrest a member of the provincial council," stating that "the decision was issued because of irregularities marred the process of establishing a gas station Shomali."
    The Department confirmed the issuance of a recruiting order against the former Inspector General of the Ministry of Health, noting that the recruitment came against the background of irregularities in the contract to establish a hospital with a capacity of (400) beds in the province of Babylon.
    She added that "the arrest and recruitment decisions in the two cases in which the Commission investigated and referred them to the judiciary in accordance with the provisions of Article (340) of the Iraqi Penal Code."

    The Hilla Criminal Court on Sunday issued an arrest warrant for the governor of Babylon, Karrar al-Abadi, while his trial was postponed until next Tuesday.
    The official Iraqi channel in an urgent news continued (information), that "the Criminal Court of Hilla, issued today, a warrant for the arrest of the governor of Babylon Karar Abadi."
    "Abadi's trial was postponed until next Tuesday because he did not attend," the channel said.
