Published "Economy News" proposal to amend the law of the Central Bank, which is discussed by the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives with economists.
The proposed amendment to make the capital of the Central Bank of one trillion dinars fully owned by the State, and the Mercantile Bank deals on foreign assets and manages the official reserve of foreign exchange in accordance with international best practices and objectives of monetary policy and invests the bank gold and cash and cash.
