    The legal expert Tariq Harb said on Monday that the parliament's vote to merge the provincial elections with the elections of the House of Representatives on the same date legally, and pointed out that the process will be similar to the 2005 elections.
    "The vote of the House of Representatives today, to merge provincial elections and parliamentary elections at the same time legally and not a problem in it," He said, "The election process will be similar to the 2005 elections."
    "The voter will have two election cards, one for provincial council elections and the other for parliamentary elections," he said.
    The House of Representatives voted on Monday to merge the provincial elections with the elections of the House of Representatives on the same constitutional date for the parliamentary elections.
