For the fifth day in a row, the joint Turkish-Iraqi military exercises continue in Silopi district in the state of Sharnaq, bordering the borders of the two countries, southeast of Turkey.

The maneuvers of the fifth day marked the neutralization of explosives planted on the edge of the road, along with the transfer of a wounded soldier through an armored ambulance in a simulation of the real circumstances of the battle.

Turkish military exercises began on September 18, three kilometers from the Khabur border crossing, which was joined last Tuesday by units of the Iraqi armed forces.
