    [rtl]The province of Catalonia will announce its independence from Spain in a matter of days, Catalonia Prime Minister Carles Bigemont said Wednesday"He said.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"His government will work at the end of this week or the beginning of next week to declare its independence," he said in his first interview since the referendum on the secession of Catalonia."He said.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]At the same time, King Felipe VI of Spain attacked in a speech broadcast on state television the organizers of the referendum on the independence of the province of Catalonia, saying they had placed themselves "outside the law"He said.[/rtl]
