    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Parliament decided to extend holding its sessions till next November.
    Parliamentary source stated to Iraqi News Monday “The Parliament decided to extend holding its sessions for a month till next November 15.”

    Shafaq News / Presidency of the Parliament postponed on Monday voting on the parties’ law while decided to extend the work of the parliament’s sessions until 14th of November.
     
    The parties’ law is one of many controversial laws delayed in the parliament as the Parliament’s Speaker, Osama al-Nujaifi promised during a press conference to legislate it during the current session.

    A parliamentary source told “Shafaq News” that” voting on parties law has been postponed due to differences”.

    He added that the Presidency of the parliament has also decided to extend the work of parliament until 14th of November.

    Observers believe, that the ratification of the parties’ law was a main demand of the main many forces, especially “small parties “, which saw the privileges enjoyed by the " influential parties " related to its funding and considered it as a form of injustice in electoral practice and publicity programs, a law that many of those parties sought to delay it to keep their privileges and votes of voters, according to observers.
