    The head of parliamentary services, Nazim Saadi, on Sunday, Prime Minister Haider Abadi exempt the poor and unemployed from electricity wages, stressing the success of the experiment in Baghdad and Basra . 

    "He calls on Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to exempt the poor, the unemployed and the unemployed from the electricity," Saadi said in a statement received by Alsumaria News.
