    Shafaq News / Reports indicated on Saturday, the exit of demonstrations in a number of Iraqi provinces to celebrate the cancellation of pensions for current and former MPs and special grades by a decision of the Federal Court and members of the dissolved National Assembly .

    The Federal Court, the highest judicial authority in Iraq canceled on Wednesday pensions for current and previous members of the parliament according to the invitation filed by the head of Ahrar parliamentary, Bahaa al - Araji while announced that it will issued on the 29th of this month a decision to cancel the pensions for ministerial cabinets that will be followed by a decision on the fifth of next month on pensions for members of provincial councils , districts and sub-districts.

    “Shafaq News” reporters said that “ the cities of Nasiriyah , Hilla, Karbala , Najaf and Basra witnessed since morning a large gathering of people to prepare for the demonstrators ," pointing to "the spread of a remarkable security services around Tahrer and Ferdous squares in which demonstrators are preparing to gather in them in Baghdad “.

    The Coordinating Committee for the campaign of cancelling the parliamentary pensions has confirmed earlier that it will continue in preparing and gathering for demonstrations of today .

    An overwhelming wave of anger that swept the country that took place last August resulted to the announcement of Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki to support the demands of the demonstrators.

    Demonstrations with the same demands have been launched on the fifth of current October and included most of the Iraqi provinces.

    BAGHDAD / NINA / Hundreds of people demonstrated amid Baghdad on Saturday 26, Oct to celebrate the decision of the Federal Court to cancel pensions for MPs.

    The reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / said that "The demonstrators also demanded to include the three presidencies in this decision."

    It is mentioned that the judicial authority published the text of the Federal Court's decision to cancel the pensions of the Chairman and members of the House of Representatives .

    It said in a statement yesterday that "the Federal Court issued its decision, signed by the Chief, Medhat al-Mahmoud and a number of the Federal Court, to council the pension rights for the Chairman and members of the House of Representatives."
