[ltr]Thousands of Israelis demonstrated again in downtown Tel Aviv against what they called "government corruption" and to demand an accelerated investigation into Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sarah on corruption issues.[/ltr]
[ltr]On Saturday evening, a large demonstration took place in Rothschild Square in Tel Aviv, in which banners were posted saying: "Netanyahu to prison," "the government is an underworld." "We tell Netanyahu to return to your home, you are a failure."[/ltr]
[ltr]According to the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth," this demonstration is the 58 "against Netanyahu and the corruption of his government" since December last year.[/ltr]
[ltr]The Israeli police have scored seven times with Netanyahu since December 2016 in corruption cases known as "1000" and "2000", most recently Friday, in a session lasted for about four hours, according to the Hebrew media.[/ltr]
[ltr]In the 2000 file, he is suspected of negotiating with Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth publisher Arnon Moses for biased news coverage in return for a crackdown on the rival Israel Today newspaper.[/ltr]
[ltr]The police should recommend to the government's legal adviser, Avichai Mandelblit, an indictment against Netanyahu before proceeding to his trial, which has not yet happened.[/ltr]
