(Encyclopedia of this Day News | Iraq News ) - Direct: According to press reports that Britain is looking to trade partnership with the Pacific States after leaving the European Union.

Britain has started informal talks on joining the bloc to boost its exports after the British exit from the European Union, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday.

So far, the NAFTA position has not been resolved, between the United States, Mexico and Canada. At the same time, it has pledged to continue its plans for the trade group.

Although the Pacific trade partnership so far includes only the countries of the region, such as Japan, Canada and Mexico, British Trade Minister Greg Hands said there were no geographical restrictions that would prevent Britain from participating.

The BRICEST negotiations are due to end in March 2019. Britain has completed the first phase of the negotiations and is entering the second stage on trade issues.
