Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is "shocked" by how the protests in Iran have been suppressed after spending huge sums and equipment, while Saudi Arabia has signed an agreement with regional states and US planning, Saudi writer Jamal Khashoggi said on Thursday.
