The Sunday edition of the British Observer newspaper published an article on recent reforms in Saudi Arabia.
"The Kingdom has already seen many changes, perhaps most notably allowing women to drive, attend sports, enter theaters and other rights," says Martin Schulof, a Middle East specialist for The Guardian and her weekly Observer.
