    The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced yesterday that the Central Committee for the compensation of those affected by the war operations approved 9238 special treatment for affected citizens their property in Baghdad and the provinces during 2017.
    "The Central Committee, during its daily meetings held under the chairmanship of a judge representing the Supreme Judicial Council, and members of the Ministries of Finance, Justice, Interior and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights," said the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers. A representative of the victims of terrorism from the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, approved 9238 special treatment of affected citizens property in Baghdad and the provinces during 2017, "adding that" the numbers were divided between 4997 correct treatment, and 4241 incorrect treatment. "
    The General Secretariat pointed out that "most of the transactions mentioned by the Central Committee were for the provinces of Baghdad and Diyala, in addition to the transactions of the provinces of Anbar and Salahuddin, which received the Committee before 9 June 2014, the date of entry of the terrorist groups of those provinces."
    In another context, the Commission itself announced the opening of the headquarters of the Sub-Commission to compensate the affected people in Nineveh province.
    The Cabinet Secretariat's statement said that "the efforts of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers / Office of Nineveh Plain, in coordination with officials in the province and the Foundation of Martyrs opened a subcommittee to compensate the affected new headquarters on the right side of the province after the liberation of terrorist groups," adding that "The opening was attended by representatives of the Provincial Council and the Chairman and members of the Sub-Committee and Assistant District Police Chief and a number of officials of the province."
    The statement said that "the Subcommittee will proceed to promote the transactions of citizens of the martyrs and wounded and missing and damaged their property as a result of terrorist operations and military errors in the next few days."
